Business Development Manager

Salary £25,000 pa + generous commission structure (OTE £50,000)

Full time – 40 hours pw (flexible working)

Roostr is paving the way for serious change in the way temporary staff in the healthcare sector are sourced and matched with work. We are looking for an exceptionally dynamic and driven individual with experience in a Nursing Agency business or similar. This person will be pivotal in introducing Roostr to the industry whilst building a network of users - Nurses, Carers and Employers.

The right candidate will have worked in a care recruitment/ agency role and will know the Bournemouth/ Poole / Christchurch area very well.

The job will involve being out and about, meeting with nursing Home Managers and other employers in the care industry. You will work closely with the Sales Director but will be self-motivated to seek out and set up your own meetings.

As a new company we will be doing a far-reaching marketing campaign, including seminars, presentations and conferences. You will have a pivotal part to play in this but will be fully supported by the Sales Director.

Administration to support your work ‘on the road’ will be done at home. Roostr will ensure you have appropriate resources to facilitate this.

This is an exciting role for someone who wants to be autonomous and flexible in their approach to work and is driven to see results. The commission structure is twofold with immediate commission on users generated, and an end of year percentage of turnover.
